There is one thing to delete: your leaderboard entry. Everything else the game stores is on your own device, and no copy of it exists anywhere else.
We cannot look you up, and that is deliberate. Arrow Vault has no account, no email address and no name. Your leaderboard entry is filed under a random identifier that only your copy of the app holds. There is nothing we could match an email request against — which is why the delete button lives inside the app, where that identifier is.
This removes everything we hold, immediately.
The moment you confirm, three things happen and none of them is reversible:
Your saved progress on the device is untouched. You can keep playing, and you can join the board again later; you will get a new identifier and start from no rank.
Then the identifier is gone with it and nobody — including us — can connect you to your row. It is not lost, though: every leaderboard record is deleted automatically 24 months after its last update. Uninstalling stops the updates, so the clock is already running.
If you want it gone sooner than that, reinstall the game, join the board once so the app holds an identity again, and use the delete control above.
Then we hold nothing about you and there is nothing to delete. The leaderboard is off until you switch it on, and the app sends no request to our server before that.
Analytics, crash reports, advertising and purchases are held by Google and Apple rather than by us, so we cannot delete them on your behalf. Use the privacy controls in your Google or Apple account, and your device's advertising settings, for those.
Write to support@ezicode.com. We cannot delete a leaderboard entry from an email — we would have no way to tell which row is yours — but if the steps above do not work for you, tell us and we will help.
