These terms cover Arrow Vault, a game published by EziCode. By installing or playing it you accept them. If you do not, do not install it.
Play the game, on any device you own, for as long as you like. That permission is personal to you and cannot be sold or sublicensed.
Anything you buy is sold through Google Play or the App Store, not by us directly. Those stores take the payment, issue the receipt and set the refund policy, so a refund request goes to the store you bought from rather than to us.
In-game coins, gems and themes are a licence to use a feature inside the game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and do not transfer to another account, another device or another player.
We may change prices and change what is offered for sale. We will not take away something you have already paid for.
The game shows ads, including rewarded ads you may choose to watch in exchange for something in the game. Ads come from Google AdMob. We do not control which ad you see, and an ad appearing in the game is not an endorsement of what it advertises.
The leaderboard is optional and off until you switch it on. Submissions are checked for plausibility, and a submission that could not have come from real play is rejected.
We may remove an entry that appears to be forged, and may stop accepting submissions from an identity that keeps sending them. Because the board is anonymous, removal is the only sanction available — there is no account to suspend.
We may also change how the board works, or withdraw it, if running it stops being practical.
Your progress lives on your device. It is not backed up to us and it is not backed up to Google's cloud backup, which is switched off for this app. Uninstalling the game, resetting the device, or a device failure will lose it, and we cannot restore it. This is a consequence of the game not holding an account for you.
We may update the game, change or remove features, and stop supporting old versions or old devices. We do not promise the game will be available without interruption, and the leaderboard in particular depends on services we do not operate.
The game is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranty that it is free of faults or fit for any particular purpose.
To the extent the law allows, EziCode is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the game, including lost progress or lost in-game items. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here removes consumer rights you have under the law of your own country.
You can stop at any time by uninstalling the game. We may stop your access to the leaderboard if you break these terms. Uninstalling does not automatically remove a leaderboard entry — see Delete your data.
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new version.
